Peter is a spirited entrepreneur with a passionate
interest in improving healthcare accessibility.
Peter was the founder of Sidekim Foods, which
exited in 2017 to Elior North America, the fourthlargest
food services company in the US. Peter is
also the former COO of the largest MOW operator
in Boston. Using his entrepreneurial skills to develop
a new and better way to deploy compassionate,
convenient, and affordable healthcare to everyone.

Dr. Timothy Crowley

Dr. Tim Crowley has 30 years of experience in
Healthcare, Former Senior Vice President of Steward
Healthcare National Network Development where
he recruited roughly 800 physicians over three
states. Dr. Crowley was part of the founding team
of Steward Health. He became the President and
CEO of Pinnacle Health Medical Group where he
grew covered lives from 120,000 to 200,000 and the
increased the number of primary care physicians
from 100 to 150 in only 18 months.

Dr. Dean M. Cestari, MD

Dr. Dean M.Cestari completed residencies in both
Neurology and Ophthalmology at the Cornell
University Medical College’s New York Presbyterian
Hospital, as well as fellowship training in neuroophthalmology
at the Massachusetts Eye and
Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School. He is one
of 10 opthalmologist in the United States that are
board-certified by both the American Board of
Ophthalmology and the American Board of
Psychiatry & Neurology.

Heather Trafton

Accomplished executive, leader and healthcare
professional, with extensive experience in
improving operations and driving performance
in large complex payer and provider health
systems. Prior to Heather was the COO/SVP
National Population Health MSO Operations for
Steward Health $8B in annual revenue. Lead a
team of approximately 400 FTEs in a complex and
matrix environment across multiple states, full P&L
responsibility for operations under each line
